Very loose texture, like a shortbread. VERY fussy to finish with the dipping of caramel and nuts.
I portioned the dough out to the recommended proportion, but they would have been HUGE. I ended up splitting each portion in two and they made perfect size.
Very gooey, very sticky! no need to be fussy about the crust, you never see it. Grease the bottom of the pan REALLY WELL cuz it'll stick too!
