Very loose texture, like a shortbread. VERY fussy to finish with the dipping of caramel and nuts.
I portioned the dough out to the recommended proportion, but they would have been HUGE. I ended up splitting each portion in two and they made perfect size.
Very delicious, soft and melty.
Chop the pecans VERY FINE. The finer the better really because you'll get more adhesion on the cookies.
Recipe easily doubles.
